Bear left at the start onto North Walk.
Run to the end of North Walk.
After the roundabout cross to the Left hand side of the main Esplanade road when traffic allows.
Turn hard left after Ryde Castle onto Dover St. then East St. then the Strand.
Run the full length of the Strand. (1 mile)
Turn hard right onto Westhill Road, run up Westhill Road and turn right into Park Road.
Run along Park Road and turn right into Monkton Street.
Run along Monkton St. then turn left into East Street.
Run across the Dover St. roundabout and onto the Esplanade.
Cross George St. and Union St. and continue up St. Thomas’s St. on the right until the entrance to the Prince Consort carpark. (2 miles)
Run across the car park towards the sea and follow the sea wall around, back towards the pier.
Run the full length of the Sea Front on the seaward side of the Main Rd and Canoe Lake (3 miles), until you get to Four Bouys Restaurant.
Run around the walled area that splits the path and then back onto North Walk running back towards the Pier.
After the Canoe Lake stay on the seaward side of the road and continue to the Prince Consort carpark. (4miles)
Run across the car park towards the sea and follow the sea wall around back towards the pier.
Run the full length of the Sea Front on the seaward side of the Main Rd. and Canoe Lake until you get back to the Rowing Club and the finish. (5 miles)
